Our primary pairs are Italian with English, German, French, Spanish, Arabic, and Portuguese. We also work with Dutch, Polish, and several other European languages through specialist partners. Arabic is a core language for us given our location and the significant Arabic-Italian translation requirements in the Agrigento and southern Sicily area. If you have a specific pair, ask before ordering and we will tell you clearly whether we can do it and to what standard.
A document of 1,500 to 2,000 words goes through our standard workflow in 3 to 4 working days. Priority 48-hour delivery is available as an add-on for most document types. Larger projects are scoped at quoting stage with a confirmed delivery date that we hold to.
Yes. For documents requiring a sworn declaration for Italian official use, our translators are registered with the relevant Italian courts. For international use with apostille, we can assist with the apostille process as an add-on. We handle sworn translations for immigration, legal proceedings, academic institutions, and official administrative use.
Standard projects are priced per word, with the rate depending on the language pair and subject complexity. You receive a fixed confirmed quote before we start. The packages listed on the pricing page cover specific word volumes. For projects outside those ranges, we quote individually with a fixed price.
Yes, and it is one of our core strengths. Sicily has an extraordinarily rich literary tradition and we have worked on novels, short story collections, screenplays, and literary non-fiction. Literary translation is handled differently from document translation: we work with each author or publisher to understand the voice before starting, and the output is reviewed against the literary quality of the target-language market.
If the delivered work does not match the agreed brief, we provide free revisions for 14 days from delivery. For fundamental quality failures that revision cannot resolve, we discuss partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis. See the Refund Policy page for the full terms. In practice, we have not had a refund request in five years of operation.
